1. Anti-typhoon

There are many types of installation positions for outdoor led display screens, and the installation methods are also very diverse. 2. Anti-storm

There is a lot of rain in the south, so the LED display itself must have a high waterproof protection level so as not to be corroded by rain. In the outdoor use environment, the outdoor led display screen should reach IP65 level, the module should be packaged with glue, and the waterproof box should be selected, and the module and the box should be connected with a waterproof rubber ring.

3. Lightning protection

The impact of lightning on the display is fatal. If struck by lightning, the display will be seriously damaged. Therefore, the outdoor LED display must be equipped with lightning protection equipment such as lightning rods, grounded, installed a power surge protector in the distribution box, and then grounded to ensure the safety of the outdoor LED display.

4. Anti-high temperature

Outdoor LED displays generally have a large area, consume a lot of power during use, and emit a lot of heat. In addition to the high temperature outside, if the heat cannot be effectively dissipated quickly, it is likely to cause problems such as heating and short circuit of the circuit board. In production, ensure that the display circuit board is in good condition, and try to choose a transparent design when designing the shell to help heat dissipation. During installation, according to the installation situation, keep the environment where the display screen is in good ventilation, and add cooling equipment to the display screen if necessary, such as installing an external air conditioner or fan to help the display screen dissipate heat.
